The Retirement Estate at Caloundra Rise

Caloundra Rise Retirement Estate nestles between the golden beaches of Caloundra and the Pumicestone Passage and the dramatic peaks of Captain Cook’s Glasshouse Mountains.

Since last year the Estate has grown from 160 units to 172 units.

Stage 8 of the Estate's development was built in two stages, 17 and 12 units, and every unit was sold before completion.

At completion, the Estate will boast 199 units.

Many of our residents are keen gardeners, tending to their own gardens or working on the Estate’s very own vegie patch.
