Southern Cross Care Caloundra Rise FAQs
1. Do you have ongoing care at Caloundra Rise?
Yes, we are able to organise community services for in-home help whilst living in your retirement unit. We are also co-located with a Southern Cross Care Residential Aged Care facility. If you or your partner reaches the stage of needing a higher level of care and support, you will get first priority on the waiting list for a spot in the Aged Care Facility.
2. Do you have a swimming pool?
Our in-ground swimming pool is one of the highlights of our residents services, with adjacent wet bar and barbecue areas, it is a focal point for residents and their visiting families.
3. Is public transport close by?
The bus stop is right outside our village and the local bus service can take you directly to a train station, only just 5 minutes journey from here.
4. Is there close access to a shopping centre?
Caloundra Town Centre is just 5 mins drive.
5. Are there medical centres close by?
Just 5 minutes by bus or car will take you to a state of the art medical centre.
6. What type of units do you have?
All our units are 2 bedrooms, with a study and garage.
7. Do you allow pets?
As our gardens are not fenced, unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the village.
8. Do you allow rentals?
No, all our units are on lease hold.
